Rules to Get Aid
The target group is regular international students enrolling for a study programme at TUM:
- Ineligible students based on national origin (§8 BAföG)
by the end of third semester during their bachelors’ programs. - In the second semester of their master studies or in the first semester of the master.
if the bachelor was completed at TUM or other recognized universities)= - Submission bachelor’s or master’s thesis by no later than the end of June (summer term).
and 31 December (winter term) - English Language Requirements: This is because applicants from their own country and other english speakers are likely proficient in English.

- CV/resume,
- TUM grade report,
- two recommendations,
